ABOUT US
The Sito Sto. Nino Culiglig Neighborhood Association, Inc. (SSTOCNA) has been officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since June 29, 1993. For over 50 years, it has been the rightful occupant of Lot No. 4110, Cadastral 229, currently led by President Merlina Lucero Suarez and her predecessors.
Dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for community members, the organization launches various development programs and projects in collaboration with local government officials. SSTOCNA has focused on fostering a safe and harmonious environment, promoting order and education, and ensuring residents have access to essential services.
Demonstrating a strong commitment to community engagement, SSTOCNA regularly organizes events and activities that unite residents, encouraging collaboration and camaraderie. These initiatives not only strengthen community ties but also empower individuals to actively shape the future of their neighborhood.
As a testament to their dedication, SSTOCNA successfully won a Supreme Court case to legally affirm ownership of the land, based on their long-term possession and efforts to secure ownership through presidential proclamation that began in 2003. The organization has also received numerous accolades and support from local government units and partner organizations. Looking forward, SSTOCNA remains committed to building a vibrant and sustainable community, continually adapting to the evolving needs of its residents while honoring its rich history and legacy.
Our organization stands as a testament to the rights and privileges of the less fortunate, protected by the Philippines Supreme Court and the Philippine government. We actively seek opportunities to make a difference in our community, trusting in God and the integrity of our leaders to help us lead a blessed life in our beloved country.

Our Mission.
Our mission is to ensure a brighter future for our children and to serve as a role model for the next generation. Even in our modest situation, we can lead a life of dignity. Similarly, we can transform our small community into a testament that poverty is merely a temporary state, as long as we contribute to creating change. The Culiglig, represents how the less fortunate in the Philippines deserve their fair share of rights and privileges to live a life filled with peace and abundance. – Pres. Merlina Suarez
