The Sitio Sto. Niño Culiglig Neighborhood Association, Inc. (SSTOCNA) proudly introduces its newly elected Election Committee (EleCom)

Established in 1993 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), our association operates under the directives of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) to ensure fair, transparent, and democratic elections within the Culiglig community.

“We are delighted to introduce the newly elected Election Committee (EleCom) of the Sitio Sto. Niño Culiglig Neighborhood Association, Inc. Established for over 30 years and registered with the SEC, the association operates under DHSUD directives to oversee fair and transparent elections within the Culiglig community. The newly elected EleCom members have pledged to uphold the association’s laws and ensure the integrity of the electoral process. Elections are held biennially, with participation—whether as a voter or candidate—exclusively open to members in good standing. Election Guidelines

Proxy Voting: Members unable to attend in person may authorize a proxy by submitting the official Proxy Form.

Biennial Elections: Held every two years to elect officers who will lead with accountability and service.

Eligibility: Only members in good standing may run as candidates or vote.

Application for Candidacy: Interested members may submit their candidacy form through the official portal.

  • Announcement – Election schedule and guidelines are released.
  • Filing of Candidacy – Members submit their candidacy forms.
  • Campaign Period – Candidates present their platforms to the community.
  • Voting – Members cast their votes (in person or via proxy).
  • Proclamation – Results are announced and new officers are declared.
  • Submission Report to DHSUD
