Established in 1993 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), our association operates under the directives of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) to ensure fair, transparent, and democratic elections within the Culiglig community.

Election Guidelines
Proxy Voting: Members unable to attend in person may authorize a proxy by submitting the official Proxy Form.
Biennial Elections: Held every two years to elect officers who will lead with accountability and service.

What was the process of our Election?
- When are elections held? Elections are conducted every two years, following the association’s by-laws and DHSUD guidelines.

- Can I vote if I cannot attend in person? Yes. Proxy voting is allowed through the official Proxy Form, which must be submitted before election day.
- How are votes counted? Votes are tallied publicly by the EleCom, with observers present to ensure transparency.
- When are results announced? Results are declared immediately after the counting process and posted on the official website and bulletin boards.
Can election results be contested? Yes, provided the contest is filed within the period stated in the by-laws and supported by valid grounds.
What if I have concerns about the election process? Members may file a written complaint with the EleCom within three days after the election.
When are elections held? Elections are conducted based on the ByLaws scheduled election, which is now held every two years, following the association’s by-laws and DHSUD guidelines.
Who can vote?
All members in good standing (with updated contributions and no pending obligations) are eligible to vote.
Who can run for office?
Any member in good standing who meets the qualifications outlined in the association’s by-laws may file for candidacy.
How do I file my candidacy?
Submit the official candidacy form to the EleCom within the announced filing period.
